We would all agree that juicing is a wonderful way to consume your daily intake of vitamins and minerals. However when life gets in the way and with people being so busy,  powdered greens might very well be what we are all looking for to get our vital green intake up…

Learning how to make a green powder smoothie is very easy ! You simply add the powder to a glass of spring water and drink it, or you can bulk it up in your blender with other fruits and vegetables , making it a nice start to your day. We like to add some supplements in order to get our daily “goodness” in one simple glass.

Most people have very acidic bodies, and therefore need more organic green vegetables in their diet. So a quick convenient shortcut to take would be to incorporate the greens into your morning. Feeding your body and soul at the same time.

What Are Green Powders?

They are a specially formulated mega-concentration of grasses, green vegetables and natural fibers. Making a healthy smoothie low in calories, low in sugar and high in nutrients, one of the richest foods on the planet!

100% Chemical Free

They are free of any chemicals and are 100% natural. A vital food to the health of our bodies. Containing a host of vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, and antioxidants. Because they are highly alkaline they assist in boosting the body’s energy levels, and remove toxins from the lymph system and encourage new cell growth.

One other supplement to consider adding to your healthy smoothie is spirulina. It is a blue-green algae, and has gained recognition as one of nature’s “super foods”, because of it’s rich concentration of perfectly balanced amino acids (protein), fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients.

Spirulina helps to eliminate dioxins from your body. Dioxins are highly toxic chemical by products of certain industrial processes and waste incineration, and can not be avoided in today’s world in which we live.
