- 4 large carrots
- 2 small beets
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon ( peel left on)
- 3-4 celery stalks
Put the above ingredients through your juicer, making sure to save the carrot pulp for carrot and onion crackers, and Healthy Carrot Muffins
- Handful of parsley
- 4 carrots
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 stalks of celery
bunch up parsley and push through juicer with carrots
Put the following ingredients through your juicer, refrigerate and enjoy.
- 2 apples
- 1 large bunch of grapes
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 kiwi
Put the above through your juicer, chill any leftovers. Should be used up within a day of making. Fresh is ALWAYS better. When healthy juicing is concerned.
- Handful of kale
- I garlic clove
- 3 stalks of celery
- 5 carrots
- 1 large beet
Put the above ingredients through your juicer, an excellent way to boost your immune system.
