Kale Pesto Recipe :
- 1 cup of chopped kale
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup of pine nuts or walnuts toasted
- 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Put above ingredients in blender and blend together
Use on your favorite pasta, or use as a pizza topping in place of tomato sauce
Unused portions may be frozen for later use. We usually double this recipe, and in growing season we do large patches and freeze it all.
