This ice cream has become a staple in our home. After dinner when we are looking for something sweet, or when our grandkids drop in for a visit, this dish is on the table in no time flat!
The Ice cream Recipe
One half of a frozen peeled banana per person
- handful of frozen fruit
In food processor blend the frozen banana, then add the frozen fruit. Adjust amount of fruits according to how many people you are serving this dish to.
For a variety we use:
- Blueberries to make blueberry ice cream
- Strawberries to make strawberry ice cream
- Carob chips and peppermint flavouring to make mint chocolate ice cream
- passion-fruit and mango
- watermelon and mango
- cantaloupe and banana
- passion-fruit and strawberry
- lemon, orange and peach
