Our GF Lasagna Recipe
- 1 box of gluten free lasagna noodles
- Vegan cheese ( or regular cheese) whatever you prefer
- 1 batch of tomato sauce, either homemade or store bought
Lots of cut up vegetables such as zucchini, peppers, celery,
onions, garlic, broccoli,etc
Parmesean cheese to sprinkle on top
In large pot cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. ( keeping in mind that gluten free pasta’s use far more water then regular so make sure you read it carefully)
In separate pot put in prepared vegetables and tomato sauce and cook thoroughly till tender but not overcooked.
Then in lasagna dish, add 14 cup of sauce to bottom, a layer of noodles, then a layer of tomato sauce and vegetables then a layer of vegan cheese.
