Anemia symptoms are present in millions of Americans. Anemia is a reduction in either the number of red blood cells or the amount of hemoglobin in the blood. This results in a decrease in the amount of oxygen that the blood is able to carry and reduces the amount of oxygen to the cells of the body. Anemia symptoms have been present in my life for quite a few years. Just recently I have made some progress that I am sharing with you on how I have maintained higher iron levels just by the way I choose to live my life now.
I Eat A Natural As Possible Diet
I eat a plant based diet high in vegetables, fruits, seeds, legumes and nuts. Some people would like to argue that you must eat meat in order to keep your iron levels in tact. I am here to tell you that this is just not true. You only get about 20 % protein from consuming animal products and you run the risk of disease.

There are many avenues for treatment for low iron levels. For me, daily juicing is a wonderful way to conquer low iron levels in my blood. I use carrots as my base and add in lots of leafy greens and sweet colorful beets.

Another trick for keeping my low iron levels in my blood levels up are my “greens” powders. Such as chlorella, spirulina, magnesium and maca root. All these supplements boost my energy levels and keep my body energized!
